Shipping Policy
Order Processing All orders are processed and fulfilled from our warehouse within 3–7 business days of payment confirmation. During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping to Australia We currently ship within Australia only. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:
- Standard Shipping: 5–12 business days after dispatch
Total estimated time from order to delivery is 8–17 business days under normal circumstances.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery address.
Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
